From our past and vast experience, we have created probably the most interesting and unique eight-day e-bike tour: from Bay of Kotor to Durmitor National Park, mountains: Bjelasica, Komovi and Lukavica you will enjoy in stunning beauty of Montenegro. Arriving to Kotor. After check in and rest, we will have city tour through old town Kotor – one of the best preserved medieval old towns in the Adriatic and a double Unesco World Heritage Site: it is part of Natural and Culturo-Historical Region of Kotor and Venetian Works of Defence between the 16th and 17th centuries. Overnight at Kotor area.

Boka bay is considered as one of the most beautiful bays in the World so we decide to start our tour with spectacular ride around bay. Starting from Kotor we will visit some small towns and fisherman villages on our way as Perast, Orahovac, Morinj, Stoliv, Prcanj. We will spend almost all day with making a lot of pauses for swimming.

Tour is 55km long but don’t afraid – almost completely flat terrain with constantly stunning views make this tour spectacular. Because of length of 55km this tour is considerate as moderate.

Note: During complete tour we use public road so full attention is required!

Start of our tour is starting point of Kotor cable car and we go straight to Vrmac – hill in the middle of Boka bay with some stunning views on Kotor from one side and on Tivat from other side.

Length of tour is 30km and with pauses it take us about 6 hours.

This day we will use for transfer to mountain area in the middle of Montenegro. Our base is small but beautiful Kolasin with 950m of elevation. After check in accommodation we will visit Biogradsko lake near Kolasin and do some hike around lake. This day is considered as very easy, mostly to rest legs for next days.

After breakfast we going to our start point for today – slopes of Ski center 1600 which is 12km from Kolasin. First part of tour we ride slopes of beautiful grassy mountain Bjelasica. Here we have some uphill to the Troglava peak at 2070m but things will going easier later. After about 20km we arrive at Stavna, small seasonal village under Komovi mountain. There we will make lunch pause and after that we start our way to end point – Matesevo. From Komovi almost complete track to the end point is downhill.

Length of tour is almost 50km and tour is considered as moderate.

This day is reserved for driving in Durmitor national park area which is UNESCO protected heritage. We will make short stop to visit some of the most beutifull bridges in the world – Djurdjevica Tara bridge on our way to Zabljak. After driving of around 90km through Tara river canyon we arrive at Zabljak, small mountain town at north of Montenegro where our tour starting. We drive through beautiful forest to Zminje lake, after that we are going straight to biggest and most beautiful mountain lake in Durmitor area and whole Montenegro – Black lake. After some rest there we continue to Vrazje lake and Riblje lake which is in same area. Spectacular day with visiting 4 lakes.

Length of tour is 45km of mostly flat terrain and tour is considered as moderate.

After breakfast at Zabljak, we start our transfer to Lukavica mountain in center of Montenegro. From our guests experience this is most beautiful area for mountain biking in Montenegro. We ride in stunning grassy areas similar to Iceland or Mongolia. Krnovo windmill park is our destination where we make longer pause for lunch after we start our way back to starting point.
Length of tour is around 30km and it is considered as moderate.

After breakfast transfer to Podgorica.

Please have in mind that in time of your booking these accommodations can be overbooked. In that case we always have alternative accommodation in same level and for sure you will be informed about. This part we take very serious so don’t worry – we always cooperate with some of the best accommodations in area.

  • The exact activities on the itinerary may change depending on the time of year, weather conditions and other factors beyond our control. If an activity is cancelled due to inappropriate weather conditions we will endeavor to replace this with another activity. However, clients should accept that sometimes, for reasons of safety, an activity will need to be cancelled or postponed and we may not be able to offer a similar replacement due to location or weather. Tour guide always makes the final and irrevocable decision regarding the tour – OUR TOP PRIORITY IS SAFETY OF GUESTS!
  • Keep in mind that you can be with other participants on tour. We organize exclusively private tours for 4+ participants. Our groups usually are not bigger than 8 members.
  • Keep in mind that every day our experienced guide can adapt tour – make alternatives to secure full enjoyment.
