Exciting Montenegro is a registered company – an adventure travel agency based in Montenegro and other Balkans countries, licensed and accredited by the Ministry of Tourism and also a member of the Adventure Travel Trade Association. We organize multi-day holidays, day tours and team building in Montenegro and Balkan countries – our offer includes numerous outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, MTB/ebike, canyoning, rafting, horseback riding, diving, zip line as well as cultural and gastronomic tours. We specialize in bespoke tours where we create customized packages for groups, with an itinerary designed around their preferences.
At Exciting Montenegro, guiding is more than our profession and job. Being outdoors is our passion, adventure is our lifeblood, and Montenegro is our home. Company is founded by a Montenegrin couple – we exist to help others get to know Montenegro and to convey love for the country that inspires us every day.

Our Team
We are a dedicated team of professionals and enthusiasts and work only with the best and selected accommodations, restaurants, households, transport companies and guides to ensure the full enjoyment of our guests. Exciting Montenegro was founded by Nenad and his wife Ivana.
Nenad is a graduate economist with work experience in some global companies, but according to his understanding, life has something more to offer than an ordinary job from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nenad is an adventure and licensed tour guide with 10 years of guiding experience, engaged in numerous outdoor activities such as: hiking, biking, snowboarding, canyoning, kayaking and climbing. He has finished first aid course (Red Cross) as well as climbing course.
Ivana is a mathematics professor with a great passion for outdoor activities, mainly hiking and kayaking. They decided to run their own business and offer the best of the best from the guest experience they have been safely running for years and to promote the beauty of their country in the best possible way.
Part of our team is Marija who is one of the most respected mountaineers in Montenegro with extensive experience in mountaineering, sport climbing, canyoning, alpinism, cycling and kayaking. Marija has numerous successful ascents of some demanding mountain peaks as: Mont Blanc, Grossglockner, Marmolada and many other demanding Balkan peaks in summer and winter conditions as well as extended experience in guiding guests. Her passion and love to Montenegro is stronger than steel, with Marija you will always be in safe hands.
