Durmitor National Park multiactivity

Our meeting point is Podgorica, capital of Montenegro. We can pick you up from your hotel at territory of town or arrange transfer for you (additional payment) if you come from somewhere else. We have 2 hour drive to Zabljak and our accommodation. Dinner.

For first activity day, we choose 2 separated but beautiful walks, first is to Jablan lake, located under the Crvena greda peak. It is one of the most beautiful lakes in National park Durmitor. This first hike for today is 5km long, with about 150 m of elevation. Another hike which can be done immediately after first or we can do it afternoon, is to Curevac – it is most beautiful viewpoint in Tara river canyon and provide stunning views, it is located at place where canyon is deepest. We have almost 2 hours of easy walking in both directions with some stop for enjoying in view at viewpoint.

Durmitor National Park is a stunning place for horseback riding! the Beautiful scenery and trails are perfect for an unforgettable experience. Don’t be afraid if you’ve never ridden horses before, our partners for this activity are experienced guides who know enough about the animals and the terrain to ensure enjoyment for all participants and levels.
Tour lasts a little over 3 hours, crosses the entire Jezerska plateau and reaches Fish’s and Devil’s lake. At Devil’s Lake we take a short break for rest and photography, after which we continue the tour and return to ranch where we started our tour. The view of the Durmitor massif accompanies us all the time. After we finish our riding, we can go back at Devil’s lake to spend afternoon there swimming and sunbathing, as you wish.

After breakfast we start drive to our starting point for today – one of the most beautiful bridges in the world, famous Djurdjevica Tara bridge. There we will have pause for spectacular zip-line with stunning views on Tara river canyon and bridge. After we finish our zip line and enjoying in views, we continue to our starting point for rafting – less than 10 minutes drive.

Our first attraction is river spring “Ljutica” – which is recognized as one of the most important natural jewels of the Tara River and the strongest river source in Europe, a famous bridge Djurdjevica Tara with its five arches and a height of 150 meters, an architectural masterpiece. It is known, that during the construction of this bridge used wooden scaffolding, at the time the largest ever built in Europe.
Depending on the wishes of the group, we are able to visit the Monastery of St. Archangel Michael, take a swim in the cold “green waves”. From Zugic Luka we continue downstream through the canyon on the upcoming important places, such as: Bijela vrela, Obodina, Ninkovica port, Canyon Drage, and we’ll eng rafting in and ends at the Radovan port where is located resort which is one of most important vacation spots in the canyon.
At the end of the tour we will go to camp where we will have a lunch which is prepared from organic food that is produced in the area of Tara with beautiful ambience. Distance we will cover on rafting is about 40km and time we need for rafting depend of water level – aproximately 5-6 hours.

After 3 intensive and active days, almost all of us need some rest. Day can be used for walks around the town or we can do some cable car tour to Savin Kuk peak 2303 m of altitude which provide stunning views on whole area. Anyway, we can make deal about this day and arrange for you some light activity, depend on availability and other objective reasons.

The Durmitor Ring is a spectacular scenic drive in Montenegro that circles the Durmitor National Park and it is considered in top 5 most spectacular drives in the World. It is known for its stunning mountain views, winding roads and picturesque landscapes. The route passes through charming villages, offers access to various hiking trails and showcases the beauty of the Durmitor region. It is a must for nature lovers and anyone looking for a breathtaking view.
The drive is about 85 kilometers long and usually takes about 3-4 hours to drive, but this can vary depending on sightseeing and photo stops. The route takes in breathtaking scenery, including towering peaks, tranquil lakes and canyons. Žabljak is the starting or ending point for this scenic drive. Along the way, we will pass through authentic mountain villages that provide an insight into local life and culture. Driving the Durmitor ring is a symphony of nature’s beauty, with picturesque views and an unforgettable experience for nature lovers.

After we finished our breakfast we start our hike immediately, without any transportation needed. Easy and relaxing day with hiking in Durmitor National Park which is UNESCO protected area. Durmitor is a mountain with 48 mountain tops above 2000m and 18 mountain lakes. Day is reserved for visiting maybe most beautiful lakes in area – Black lake and Zminje lake.
Our first stop is Zminje lake. Zminje Lake, also known as Zminje Jezero, is another picturesque glacial lake located within Durmitor National Park in Montenegro. This lake is smaller and less visited than Black Lake but offers its own unique beauty and tranquility. The area around Zminje Lake is a great place for hiking and enjoying the serene natural surroundings. If you’re looking for a quieter and more secluded spot within Durmitor National Park, Zminje Lake is a fantastic choice. After our pause at lake we continue to Black lake. Black Lake (Crno jezero) is a stunning glacial lake situated within Durmitor National Park in Montenegro. It’s one of the park’s most famous natural attractions and is renowned for its clear, dark waters, surrounded by lush forests and rugged mountain terrain. Visitors can enjoy hiking trails around the lake, and during the summer, it’s a popular spot for swimming and picnicking. In case we need to extend our walk we can make additional 4km of walking around Black lake.
